Since we distribute Taskheat in the App Store and Mac App Store, we do not process payments directly. Apple does it on our behalf, and only Apple has access to the purchase information associated with your Apple ID. App Store doesn't share that data with developers due to privacy concerns. As a result, we cannot issue refunds ourselves.
