If you are experiencing issues when synchronizing Taskheat data between your devices, please use the following guide to resolve them:
- Make sure you use the same Apple ID on all your devices for accessing iCloud.
- Make sure that iCloud Drive is enabled in the Settings.
- Check your internet connection.
The simplest way to fix the synchronization between Mac and iPad or iPhone version is the following:
On the Mac:
- Launch Taskheat
- Hold down the Option(Alt) key
- Select File ▸ Force Sync from the main menu
- Relaunch Taskheat
On the iPad or iPhone:
- Launch Taskheat
- Tap the gear icon at the bottom left corner of the Sidebar
- Tap Settings
- Tap Force Sync
- Relaunch Taskheat.
